How long do I get the dumpster? 

The price of the dumpster is for a 7 day period.

Will you automatically pick up the box in 7 days?        

No, you will need to call our office and let us know that you are ready for the dumpster to be picked up. You will be charged an additional $3/day after 7 days.

Can I have the dumpster moved? Or picked up sooner?

Just call the office and we can dispatch a driver to your location to move your dumpster. There may be a trip charge added, call our office at 317-769-4223 for details.

And if you are finished with the dumpster earlier than expected, call our office for a pick up.

If a truck is dispatched to move or pull a dumpster and it’s blocked

so that we can’t get the dumpster, there will be a trip charge.

Will a roll off dumpster cause damage to my driveway?

Although, rarely does it happen, there is potential for damage. We highly recommend that the customer protect any surface where the roll-off is going to make contact with the driveway  with  plywood or lumber/wood. If you don’t have any, just call our office and we can have the driver bring some.  Because of unknown construction of the driveway surface, BCRRS is not responsible for any damage that may occur.

What size dumpster should I get?

We have Dumpsters from 10-40 yards to meet your many disposal needs. Please refer to our Roll off Dumpster page for sizes, measurements and suggestions or you can call our office at 317-769-4223 and we can help you figure out what size dumpster will you may need.

How much space do I need for the dumpster?

Please refer to the dumpster dimensions listed on this site for each dumpster. It is recommended that you provide space to accommodate double the amount of the width and 3x’s the length of the dumpster to assure adequate space clearance and you may need an additional 10’ for the door that swings open at the back of the dumpster. Also consider overhead clearances such as trees and powerlines.

Can I place the dumpster on the street?

It depends on the rules and regulations of your local municipality. Permits may be required. Please check with them directly.

What can I put in my dumpster?

Its easier to tell you what you can’t put in your dumpster. We do not accept Hazardous waste, Electronic waste (i.e. T.V.’s, computers, monitors, etc.) and no Liquids at all (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids),  There is an extra charge for tires and appliances with Freon. The liability for appropriate waste remains with the customer  as agreed to in the terms and conditions when contracting with us.

What if I fill the dumpster over the top? 

Material must be level at the top of the dumpster; nothing can be sticking out of the top.  We will not haul overloaded dumpsters. If we can haul an overloaded dumpster safely you will be charged the rate for the next size larger .

Do I need someone onsite for delivery or removal?

No. However, If no one will be there for the dumpster delivery please be specific when answering the delivery questions. If a contact is not available at the time of the delivery, and you need the dumpster relocated, you may be subject to a trip charge. For removal; please have unobstructed access to the dumpster on the scheduled pick-up day; if the dumpster is inaccessible and no contact is available, you may be subject to a trip charge.
